When you receive your momiji manju, please consume it within the expiration date indicated.

For your peace of mind, an oxidation checker is included.

If oxidation progresses to the point where it is affecting quality, a change in color will notify you.

If you have love, you don't need anything else.
But, momiji manju isn't bad once in a while.

Allow the moisture to evaporate slowly over time.
Then, we slowly add heat over time to finish it.

The deliciousness of momiji manju will gently relieve stress.

It can be stored for 120 days without relying on preservatives.

Momiji manju tastes even better when enjoyed with delicious Japanese tea.

Momiji manju was created in Miyajima, Aki, a place known for its beautiful autumn foliage.
